Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a CTG77 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a CTG77 employee or contractor.
• You must not have previously had a CTG77 account closed for a terms violation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.

CTG77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By completing the CTG77 registration process, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you have provided is accurate and up to date. You agree to notify CTG77 promptly if any of your registration details change.

02 Account Responsibilities

Your CTG77 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. CTG77 strongly recommends the following account security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Never share your CTG77 login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact CTG77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

CTG77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from CTG77 and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team.

Each player may hold only one CTG77 account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process on the login page. Do not create a new account — doing so constitutes a terms violation and both accounts may be closed.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of CTG77 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. CTG77 does not provide legal advice and it is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

CTG77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on CTG77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your CTG77 wallet promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. CTG77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. CTG77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, subject to any verification requirements that may apply to your account.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is subject to an active verification review.
• CTG77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.
• Funds deposited via a bonus must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• CTG77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

CTG77 reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these terms. In such cases, CTG77 will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

04 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on CTG77 — including Dragon of Demons, European Roulette Pro, Joker Poker, Monster Mine, Money Wheel, Monster Hi-Lo, and Space Max — operate using a provably fair random number generation system. The outcome of each game round is determined before the round begins and cannot be altered by CTG77 or any player after bets are placed.

Players are expected to engage with CTG77 games in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each individual game. The following activities are strictly prohibited during gameplay:

• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in the CTG77 platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any method to predict or influence game outcomes beyond the normal rules of the game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, CTG77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. CTG77 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

Game history is recorded for all CTG77 accounts and is available for review in your account settings. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact CTG77 support within 72 hours of the round in question with the relevant round ID from your game history.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

CTG77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and any other conditions specific to a bonus will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are credited to your CTG77 account in a separate bonus balance and are applied to bets before your real-money balance unless otherwise stated.
• CTG77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless CTG77 explicitly states otherwise.

CTG77 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be notified of any material changes that affect their existing bonus balance.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CTG77. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on CTG77.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point.
• Using CTG77 for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the CTG77 platform or its underlying systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with CTG77 games or systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing CTG77 staff or other players.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Accessing CTG77 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or other method to disguise your location.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your CTG77 account by any third party.

07 Responsible Gaming

CTG77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide tools to help players keep it that way.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all CTG77 account holders via the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend on CTG77.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from CTG77. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications from CTG77.

CTG77 enforces a strict 18+ age policy. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

08 Privacy and Data

CTG77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a CTG77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CTG77 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing customer support.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Detecting and preventing fraud and prohibited activities.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

09 Account Suspension and Termination

CTG77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including via the self-exclusion tool.
• If CTG77 determines that continuing to provide services to the account holder would expose CTG77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. CTG77 will notify you of the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

You may close your CTG77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to any applicable verification requirements and provided no terms violations are outstanding.

10 Limitation of Liability

CTG77 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTG77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions during gameplay.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the CTG77 platform.
• Losses resulting from technical issues outside CTG77's reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these terms limits CTG77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

CTG77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the CTG77 platform.

The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of CTG77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before the effective date.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

12 Contact and Disputes

If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, or if you wish to raise a dispute regarding your CTG77 account, please contact our support team in the first instance. CTG77 is committed to resolving player concerns fairly and promptly.

To raise a dispute, please contact CTG77 support with the following information:

• Your registered CTG77 username or account email address.
• A clear description of the issue or dispute.
• Any relevant transaction IDs, game round IDs, or dates.
• Any supporting documentation you believe is relevant.

CTG77 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with CTG77's response, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate legal channels in your jurisdiction.
